WallGoldfinger warrants all merchandise which it manufactures to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of two years from the date of delivery. During this period WallGoldfinger will repair, or, at its option, replace free of charge, defective merchandise manufactured by WallGoldfinger. WallGoldfinger is not liable for consequential, special or contingent damages or expenses arising directly or indirectly from defective goods, from the use of or the Client’s inability to make use of the goods. The discharge of WallGoldfinger’s warranty obligation shall constitute fulfillment of all liabilities of WallGoldfinger to the Client.
